Terms and Conditions

  • Booking and Payment: To book a tour with Arabian Luxury tours, you must make a deposit of 20% of the total tour price. The balance is due 48 hours to the start of the tour. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or wire transfer.
 
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours to the start of the tour will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours to the start of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
 
  • Changes to Bookings: Changes to bookings can be made up to 48 hours to the start of the tour. Changes made less than 48 hours to the start of the tour will be subject to a fee of 20% of the total tour price.
 
  • Itinerary: The itinerary for each tour is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Arabian Luxury tours will make every effort to adhere to the itinerary as closely as possible, but they cannot guarantee that the itinerary will not change.
 
  • Weather: In the event of bad weather, Arabian Luxury tours may need to make changes to the itinerary. For example, they may need to change the time of day for a tour or the location of a tour. In some cases, they may even need to cancel a tour altogether.
 
  • Health and Safety: Participants in Arabian Luxury tours are responsible for their own health and safety. They should be in good physical condition and they should be aware of the risks involved in participating in outdoor activities. Arabian Luxury tours will provide participants with safety information and equipment, but they cannot be held responsible for any injuries that participants may sustain.
 
  • Liability: Arabian Luxury tours is not liable for any loss or damage to participants’ personal property. They are also not liable for any injuries that participants may sustain, unless such injuries are caused by the negligence of Arabian Luxury tours.
 
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. The seat of arbitration will be Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
